Chairman Wang Inspect phase II Liaofang Irrigation PPP Project

On December 12,  Chairman Wang braved the cold to inspect phase II of Liaofang Irrigation PPP Project.

During the inspection Chairman Wang has visited various sites like Wangjia Aqueduct of West Main Canal, Huiyuan Tunnel , The first culvert of Second  Seperate Canal and other canals. He put forward specific requirements for the next step after fully affirmed the latest development so far. He cordially expressed his condolences to the front line workers for their work,  and was deeply touched by their spirit to endure hardships. He encouraged workers to face and overcome challenges and pressures,and complete all post-work  tasks through timeless hard work with good quality and quantity. Despite the cold weather, the project team was so encouraged,and full of enthusiasm, that all efforts would be dedicated with due diligence to the development of enterprise and Fuzhou.

The inspection were also accompanied by Deputy general manager Wang Junhua, project manager Peng Canhua, chief engineer Ma Xiaomao and other sectional project managers.
