Overseas cooperation agreement signed with SPIC Fujian Power Investment

On December 27, an overseas cooperation agreement was signed between JWHC and SPIC Fujian Power Investment Co., Ltd. in Fuzhou.The two parties will follow the national “Belt and Road” initiative and the internationalization development strategy of the enterprise, based on the principle of equality, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the international, domestic and local governments. A long-term cooperation mechanism in the energy field will be set up about which both sides are concerned. The ceremony was witnessed and signed by General manager Sun Guocai,and  discipline inspection director Huang Anhua on behalf of Fujian Power Investment Corporation,executive director Zhang Zhouping and general manager Huang Zhengmin on behalf of JWHC overseas Ltd.

According to the agreement, the two parties will sincerely play their respective advantages and cooperate jointly to seek support from the local government for the project which shall be also included in the planning and implementation scope in the host country.

In order to win  more market, the cooperation shall be further strengthened through regular or irregular  high-level interaction mechanisms, rich and professional experience sharing,as well as network resource integration for  mutual complement  in such a strong synergy that new cooperation modes and new market growth points will be created.
